2008 ZONING ORDINANCE

 
 Planning Board  
The Planning Board administers the Subdivision Ordinance, prepares, amends and updates the Town's Master Plan and recommends changes in the Zoning Ordinances to the Town Meeting.
Meetings are held the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month @7:00pm

GROWTH MANAGEMENT SUBCOMMITTEE

We are looking for residents interested in serving on this new "Growth Management Subcommittee".  This subcommittee is a three-person subcommittee under the Planning Board.  The subcommittee shall consider the need for a growth management ordinance and, if it concludes such a need exists, recommend to the Board such an ordinance that will meet the needs of the Town.  The subcommittee shall report to the Board at the September 2008 work session.  Interested residents may contact the Land Use Office @ 529-2250 or by email @ nbolton@weare.nh.gov.
